Dave has 25+ of leadership experience in a wide range of software, payment & fintech and businesses ranging from established international businesses (Visa), multinational software businesses (CREALOGIX) through to start-up and scaling fintech businesses Ixaris, and Weavr.

He has held numerous senior management roles across a wide range of functions, working in early stage through to established corporate businesses, leading turnaround as well as venture backed growth stage businesses. As an independent consultant Dave has managed  projects in Dubai, Jersey and across the UK. Prior to  joining Macrium, Dave was advising a number of fintech and early stage technology businesses, and was a coach & mentor for a Manchester based start-up accelerator.

He lives in the North West of England with his family where he enjoys outdoor life in the Forest of Bowland, the Dales and on the coast. A long-suffering Oxford United fan, he gets misty eyed about the halcyon days of the Milk Cup!
